本公司Dynabook已确认,于2017年~2022年间生产的部分Toshiba/Dynabook品牌电脑中搭载的相关蓝牙ACPI驱动程序存在安全漏洞。现就该安全漏洞相

关事宜发布本公告，相关驱动程序详细信息请参见下表。

*建议有安装该驱动程序的用户及时将对应驱动程序更新至最新安全版本。

请按照上表要求，通过以下任一方式更新驱动程序，优先推荐使用Windows Update进行更新。

1.运行Windows Update，安装最新驱动程序完成更新;

​2.从官方指定网址下载 v11.0.2.3 或更高版本驱动程序，并按照官方操作指南完成驱动更新;

四.安全漏洞说明：

若电脑安装了上述受影响版本的驱动程序，攻击者可能借此获取管理员访问权限，运行未经授权的软件，进而影响或干扰电脑的正常运行。

*注：攻击者需先获取系统管理员权限才可实施攻击。因此，合理管控、限制管理员权限，可有效降低该安全漏洞带来的风险。

尊敬的客户

       目前，本公司收到日本Dynabook总公司的通知说明，针对东芝品牌电脑中配备、以及作为配件单独销售的部分电源适配器（于2008年4月至2012年12月期间生产），使用材料中含有红磷阻燃剂，因使用年限、环境等的客观因素，会与空气的水汽产生磷酸物质而导致有短路的风险。

       本公司基于企业社会责任主动对本次发生问题的电源适配器进行召回及免费更换,以保障用户的人生以及财产安全。如果您的电源适配器是本次召回计划的对象，建议您关闭笔记本电脑并立即拔掉AC适配器。Dynabook鼓励所有受此次召回影响的客户及时联系Dynabook进行免费更换。

１）召回对象：2008年4月~2012年12月期间制造的以下对象型号的电源适配器。

本公司取得NCC认证的低功率射频设备，非经许可，任何单位及个人均不得擅自改变其频率、提高发射功率或改变其原设计之特性及性能。
低功率射频设备的使用不得影响航空器安全及干扰合法通信；一旦发现有干扰现象，应立即停用，直到没有干扰时方可继续使用。
上述合法通信，指依无线电通讯相关法规规定的合法无线电通信。
低功率射频设备应易于受到合法通信或工业、科学及医疗用电波辐射设备的干扰。

Once get The low power radio-frequency devices with NCC certificate. Without permission granted by the NCC, any company, enterprise, or user is not allowed to change frequency, enhance transmitting power or alter original characteristic as well as performance to a approved low power radio-frequency devices.
The low power radio-frequency devices shall not influence aircraft security and interfere legal communications; If found, the user shall cease operating immediately until no interference is achieved.
The said legal communications means radio communications is operated in compliance with the Telecommunications Act.
The low power radio-frequency devices must be susceptible with the interference from legal communications or ISM radio wave radiated devices.
